About MS Yoga

Welcome to MS Yoga!
I created this platform to offer classes covering yogic postures, breath, lectures, restorative, and more. All the contents want to be interesting for different levels of experience.
Yoga is a path of realizing who we are. Through physical, energetic, emotional and mindful practices, we learn how to observe our bodies, breath, sensations, thoughts. Through this process, we unveil tensions on both the physical and emotional level, and we learn to accept what we explore.
I am very passionate about teaching and excited about connecting with you. For this it is very important to me to provide useful content to practitioners that want to deepen their knowledge about specific aspects of the practice, but also to those who are currently starting exploring yoga and need a bit of support and direction to make their practice a habit, with the purpose of understanding it better.
Class style
The live classes are Vinyasa-based. Vinyasa is a method founded by Śrī T Krishnamacharya, who created the concept of sequencing in yoga. In Sanskrit in fact, "Nyasa" means "to place" and the prefix "vi" means "in a special way. Therefore, the literal translations: "to place in a special way".
In Vinyasa we bring together Hatha Yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mudras (gestures, mainly with the hands), and bandhas (energy locks), in a particular and logic sequence, to accompany us through the different phases of the class. The flow usually includes foundation, dynamic and static warm ups, standing and balancing postures, spinal strengthening, seated integration, inversions, and deep relaxation.
My classes are rooted in my experience as a yoga teacher and practitioner, and inspired by the insights and methodology of my teacher Talia Sutra, founder of the LAAIC school.

About Me
Born in Italy in 1990, it was only in 2018 that my (back then) unconscious desire for more balance and connection brought me to discover yoga.
Since that first clumsy class in the back row of a yoga room in Sydney, yoga practice has become part of my life, few minutes per day at first, to then gradually develop a proper routine of learning and experiencing.
Its impact on me was positively disruptive, and already in 2019, once back to Milan, I decided to do my teacher training.
Since then, I have never stopped teaching, in both the formulas online and in-person.
At the end of 2020 I relocated to Portugal, my current home, where I have taught in several studios, and participated to the organization of events.
Since 2022 I have participated to trainings offered by Talia Sutra, founder of the LAAIC school, and in April 2025 I have taken part into the 300 hours YYT led by the school in Rishikesh, India, completing in this way more than 500 hours of yoga education.
Through the practice I support my students in developing a deeper observation and connection with themself to gain enhanced awareness of their potential, and of their nature, which is open, strong, calm, and balanced.
All of this in a very unpretentious and friendly manner.
Despite being a lover of movement, arm balances, and energetic sequencing, I care about focusing on the integration of the physical practice with the more subtle parts of this discipline.
A practice done with genuine intention helps us realise the existing synergy between our body, breath, and the more subtle layers of our being.
I am excited and honoured by the opportunity to spread my love for yoga, and I am grateful for all my teachers and students.
