About Terra Flow

A space to practice, connect and give back.

Terra Flow is more than a place to practise yoga.

It is a space created around a simple idea: how we move through the world matters.

Here, practice begins with the body — with movement, breath, strength and awareness — but it doesn't have to end on the mat.

Terra Flow is the practice: a way of becoming more grounded, more connected and more at home in ourselves.

Good Practice is what grows from it: small actions, shared initiatives and ways of extending that awareness beyond ourselves.

Together, they are two expressions of the same space.

A place to slow down. To move. To learn. To connect. And, whenever we can, to contribute.

Terra Flow

Terra is the ground beneath us.

Flow is our capacity to move, adapt and grow.

The practice brings together yoga, movement, strength, breath and exploration — with the belief that stability and freedom are not opposites, but support one another.

We build a foundation so we can move with greater awareness and possibility.

There is no perfect shape to reach, and no version of yourself you need to become.

The invitation is simply to listen, explore and find your own way of moving.

Good Practice

Good Practice is the part of Terra Flow that looks beyond the individual.

It is a space for initiatives that bring practice into relationship with the wider world — through community, generosity, sustainability and care.

Sometimes it may be a yoga class for a cause.
Sometimes a donation drive.
Sometimes a collaboration or a simple act of giving.

Nothing grand is required.

We believe that small things, done with intention, can create ripples far beyond themselves.

Because what we cultivate within ourselves can also become something we share.

A space that keeps growing

Terra Flow is a practice, but it is also a community.

A place where different people, practices and ideas can meet — and where there is room for something new to grow.

Come as you are.
Practice where you are.
And take what you cultivate with you.

Hi, I'm Marta.

I came to yoga through a curiosity about the body and a desire to understand how movement can change the way we feel.

Over time, that curiosity grew into a deeper practice — one that brought together yoga, movement, strength, breath and awareness.

Teaching has taught me that there is no single right way to move, and no ideal version of ourselves we need to reach.

The practice is a conversation with the body.

Some days we need strength.
Some days we need space.
Some days we simply need to arrive.

My role is not to make you fit into a shape, but to help you become more curious about your own.

My teaching is structured but intuitive, strong but never forceful, and grounded in awareness rather than achievement.

I care about creating practices that are challenging without being punishing, precise without becoming rigid, and accessible without losing depth.

Most of all, I want yoga to be something you can take with you — not another thing to perform, but a way of relating to your body, yourself and the world.

This is also where Good Practice comes in.

For me, practice is not only what happens on the mat. It is also what we choose to carry into the world — how we treat ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we make space for care, generosity and connection.

Good Practice is an invitation to let that part of practice take form.

Sometimes through a shared initiative, sometimes through giving, sometimes simply through creating a space where people can connect and contribute.

Because what we cultivate within ourselves can become something we offer to others.
