I get it, you're a power yogi like me, but what should we be doing more of to compliment our power yoga practice? I like to balance a full week of power yoga with at least 1-2 gentle/restorative yoga practices to make sure I have time for that much needed balance. If you're a busy body like me, I crave staying on the move and teaching myself to stay still and embrace stillness was a huge challenge but I want to start an open discussion about what you do that helps you find balance.
