I'm thinking of starting a yoga class once a week. It is hatha yoga. I think it would be good for soreness and it would ease my anxiety. Is this type of yoga difficult? I have seen yoga that looks pretty tough and people are sweating their balls off.
Anyone who has tried yoga does it help with soreness and is it calming and relaxing?
Also this is a pretty funny but serious question. Do people really get that relaxed that they sometimes fart? If so I won't be in the back row! hehe!
